BEWARE

That's the watch word head coach Jordan Reynolds will be stressing as Wimbledon - who are celebrating their 150th anniversary - come to town, well anyway the fringes of town at Footes Lane, on Saturday.

They may have lost three out of three, but two of those were against the top two in the table and the other against Hertford, who are also strong this season.

Reynolds is not fooled and neither must his team be.

After due consideration, the head coach has opted against causing Sam Whitehead into the first team and, instead, allows him to play his first game back at fly half for a Raiders Development XV against a Wimbledon XV on the club pitch at noon, ahead of the big game.

With a virtual full strength squad to choose from, there is no need to rush Whitehead back and 80 minute sin less pressured surroundings will be ideal.

But Ned Brown does return and goes straight into the centres with Glen Walters moving out to the wing and Dave Davison dropping to the bench on this occasion.

Young Matt Armstrong, another one for the future, plays full back for the development team, while his brother has now departed to Edinburgh and uni.

Wimbledon arrive still reeling from losing a very promising half-time position against Tonbridge Juddians last Saturday.

They led 24-8 at the break but conceded 11 penalties in the second period and were punished duly on the scoreboard.

But, as Jordan will tell you, if you can dominate 'TJs' for 40 minutes you must be a very decent team.
