IT will be a strong side that travels to Colchester tomorrow for the Raiders’ penultimate game of the season in National Three London and South East.

Raiders have already beaten Colchester twice this season, once in pre-season when they popped over, and then in the league in front of the Garenne Stand.

They now lie 10th but are in a good run of form and nearly beat title-chasing Tonbridge Juddian last weekend.

Head coach Jordan Reynolds rates them and knew he could not play safely when it came to selection, other than the case of Luke Sayer who picked up an injury in scoring a hat-trick of tries against Gravesend last week and, the hope, is to be able to minimise his minutes off the bench on Saturday.

Anthony Armstrong, the rangy winger who has been studying in Scotland all winter, gets a run out on the wing and in the absence of Luke Sayer, Glen Walters will play at full back.

Victory for Raiders will assure them of finishing in the top six.

Team:
Cameron Craine, Tom Ceillam, Layton Batiste, Lewis Hillier, Nick Merrien, Dale Martin, Eamon Chapman, Matt Thomas; Adam Nixon, Owen Thomas, Blair Campbell, Ned Brown, Anthony Armstrong and Glen Walters.
Replacements:
Luke Sayer, Tom Malagodi and Nico Ashplant.
